About the Journal:
Fundamentum: Journal of Legal and Judicial Reform is a peer-reviewed and open access journal dedicated to advancing discourse on legal theory, and judicial reform. We welcome high-quality research articles, case studies, and critical reviews that contribute to the development of legal systems, justice administration, and legal/judicial reforms.

Themes and Topics:
We invite submissions on a wide range of legal and judicial topics, including but not limited to:

• Reform of Islamic Law, National Law, Civil, Criminal, and Family Law
• Comparison between Islamic Law, Positive Law or Living Law
