Fundamentum: Journal of Legal and Judicial Reform focuses on Legal Reform, Comparative Law, research studies, decision studies, theoretical studies, literature reviews, critical and analytical, objective, and systematic philosophical studies. This journal aims to contribute to the institutions and practices of law application in Indonesia with the most relevant concepts, in accordance with the legal dynamics in society.
