All articles published in the Fundamentum: Journal of Legal and Judicial Reform are open access under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. Under this license, users are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (compose, change, and develop the material for any purpose, including for commercial purposes), provided they give credit to the original creator, link to this license, and indicate any changes.
