Peer review process

Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated through Initial Review by the Editorial Board. If the article fits the requirements of the journal in terms of scope, originality, adequacy novelty of experimental data, and format, at least 2 (two) peer reviewers are assigned to review the manuscript with the Double Anonymous Peer Review Process. Once the review process is complete, the assigned editor makes a decision for the article. If the article needs revision, the manuscript is returned to the authors for revision. After that, the editor makes the final decision (acceptance or rejection). In each manuscript reviewed, peer reviewers will provide an assessment based on substantial and technical aspects.

Authors can recommend potential reviewers in the cover letter. The journal editor will check to ensure there is no conflict of interest before contacting the reviewer and will not consider reviewers who have competing interests. Reviewers are asked to declare any conflicts of interest. Authors may also include the names of potential reviewers they wish to exclude from consideration in the review of their manuscript, during the manuscript submission process. The editorial team will honor this request as long as it does not interfere with an objective and thorough assessment of the manuscript. The assignment of best reviewers is based on expertise and experience in research and publications relevant to the field of the manuscript to be reviewed. The number of citations and h-index value of a bestary partner are examples of parameters for consideration of assignment as a reviewer.
