Aim Scope and Subject Catagory

Journal of Islamic Mubadalah publishes high-quality scholarly articles that analyze issues of human inequality, such as the differences in roles between men and women in the context of religion, family, legal provisions, local cultural traditions, economic disparities, social inequality, and leadership. The issue of human inequality is analyzed using the theory of mubādalah, which emphasizes the principles of balanced human relationships, equal partnerships, mutuality, and collaboration. Mubādalah views men and women as equal subjects, thereby granting both parties the same rights and opportunities to participate in various fields. Mubādalah analysis is crucial in efforts to achieve gender equality and justice across different sectors of life. This journal specializes in the science of human equality, which holds significant global relevance in line with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
