Open access policy

Journal of Islamic Mubādalah is a fully open-access journal. All articles published in this journal are made immediately and permanently available online to the public without any subscription fee, access fee, registration requirement, or embargo period.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making scholarly research freely available to the public supports wider dissemination of knowledge, academic collaboration, and a greater global exchange of ideas. Readers, researchers, authors, institutions, libraries, indexing databases, repositories, and the general public may access the full texts of all published articles free of charge.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of the articles without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that the original work is properly cited. Users are also permitted to crawl the articles for indexing, pass the articles as data to software, databases, text and data mining tools, or other digital systems, and use the published content for any other lawful purpose in accordance with the applicable open license.

All articles published in Journal of Islamic Mubādalah are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows users to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the published work in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated. If users remix, transform, or build upon the material, they must distribute their contributions under the same license as the original work.

By applying this open-access policy, Journal of Islamic Mubādalah ensures that published scholarly works are openly accessible, reusable, indexable, and legally available for academic, educational, research, and other lawful purposes, while maintaining proper attribution to the author(s) and the source of publication.
