The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that hinder teacher performance at MI Wajar Ma’arif Sribhawono and to provide strategic recommendations to improve it. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that inadequate infrastructure is one of the main factors impeding teacher performance. In addition, the suboptimal implementation of management principles by the head of the madrasah and the lack of teacher discipline in carrying out their duties also affect the quality of learning. These findings serve as the basis for providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders to undertake comprehensive improvements.
