Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the management process of Arabic language learning using the Nearpod application to improve student learning outcomes. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes planning, action, observation, and reflection, and adopted George R. Terry's management theory consisting of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The learning process was conducted through the jigsaw cooperative learning model in two cycles. The results showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes, with 40% of students achieving mastery in the first cycle, increasing to 80% in the second cycle. Therefore, the use of the Nearpod application in Arabic language learning management has proven effective in enhancing student achievement.
