About the Journal
Journal of Islamic Mubādalah is an open access, interdisciplinary studies journal published twice a year (June and December). Interdisciplinary study articles published in Journal of Islamic Mubādalah emphasizes the analysis of Mubādalah (mutuality), equal human relations and upholding gender justice. Mubādalah study issues are not limited to just studying the relationship between husband and wife in the household, but also all family members such as the relationship between parents and children or the study of family and community (domestic and public) relations.
Journal of Islamic Mubādalah provides a means for ongoing discussion of relevant issues that fall within the focus and scope of this journal which can be examined empirically. This journal publishes research articles covering all aspects of the study (interdisciplinary study) on Mubādalah, (mutuality), equal human relations and upholding gender justice. The issues of Mubādalah studies are not limited to studies of the relationship between husband and wife in the household, but also all family members such as the relationship between parents and children or studies of family and community relations (domestic and public). Some of the issues of study that can be published include: Mubādalah Politics; Mubādalah Economics; The Role of Women in Education; The Role of Women in Local Customary Traditions; Leadership (Qiwamah) from a Mubādalah Perspective; Women's Ulama Movement; Legal Reform from a Mubādalah Perspective; Mubādalah in Childcare Patterns; Mubādalah in a Sexual Context; Mubādalah in the Household.
